West Suffolk College is looking for a Lecturer in Construction to join our dynamic Skills for Employment team.
The role involves delivering high quality teaching to adult learners across the region, supporting them to achieve their goals in the field of construction, promoting excellence in education, and maintaining accurate records of student progress using college systems.
Responsibilities- Deliver high quality teaching to adult learners.
- Promote excellence in education within the adult learning delivery team.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress using college systems.
- Support learning across our wider network of colleges.
- Relevant professional qualifications in construction.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry, ideally including carpentry to Level 2.
- Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above desirable.
- Strong commitment to supporting and motivating adult learners.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
