Hours: 18.5 hours per week (37 hours FTE), 52 weeks per annum.

Salary: Between £16,458 and £21,140 per annum (£32,916 and £42,281 FTE).

Chelmsford College is seeking a passionate and experienced catering professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Catering. You will deliver engaging, hands on teaching across Level 1 and Level 2 Culinary Skills, supporting students to build essential kitchen techniques, confidence, and industry ready skills. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong industry experience who is motivated to inspire the next generation of chefs in a supportive, well equipped environment.

Qualifications and experience

• An assessor qualification is essential for this role.
• Teaching experience is desirable; support can be provided to gain a teaching qualification if needed.
