Title: Lecturer in Business and Enterprise
Location: Huddersfield - Waterfront
Hours: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: £32,938 - £40,725 per annum
Closing Date: 09 July 2026
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver teaching for Level 1 3 programmes, and occasionally Level 4/5
- Contribute to marketing, development, delivery, assessment and evaluation of programmes to meet market needs and contractual targets
- Deliver engaging lectures, facilitate exam preparation and provide support and guidance to students
- Manage and monitor programme delivery, support student achievement, monitor data, promote retention and progression
- Maintain accurate student records, ensure academic standards are met and collaborate with other departments to support student outcomes
- Commit to safeguarding and promote the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
- Staff development opportunities, including mentoring, external qualification support and skills development for managers
