At Myerscough College, we're dedicated to empowering the next generation of agricultural engineers. We're looking for a motivated and visionary Agricultural Engineer to inspire and mentor aspiring professionals, preparing them to lead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities- Inspire & Educate: Deliver engaging lectures and hands on workshops that ignite innovation and problem solving in agricultural engineering.
- Mentor Future Leaders: Guide students to think critically, embrace creativity, and lead with entrepreneurial spirit. Foster their growth into change makers.
- Collaborate & Network: Partner with colleagues and industry leaders to keep our curriculum ahead of industry trends and connect students with real world opportunities.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to captivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency with modern tools and technologies used in agricultural engineering.

Location: Myerscough College (Preston)
Salary: Up to £41,821 per annum in accordance with qualifications and experience. (Inclusive of a temporary market forces payment)
