Leasing & Tender Director: Offshore Wind Strategy Leader

The Crown Estate is seeking a Leasing and Tender Director to lead the development and delivery of marine leasing, tender and procurement activities, including the Round 6 Offshore Wind process. You will provide strategic leadership across Marine and manage a high-performing team to maximise long-term value from seabed assets.

You will shape commercial frameworks, governance and contractual arrangements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective market engagement.
