Leasehold Operations Officer - Flexible, Resident-Focused Service

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a Leasehold Operations Officer to join the Leasehold Services team in London. You will deliver a high quality, compliant leasehold management service to residents, acting as a key contact for leaseholders and resolving complex issues from start to finish.

Reporting to the Leasehold Operations Manager, you will work with cross Council teams to improve outcomes and resident satisfaction.
