Salary: £33,643 to £36,938 per annum

About the role

Support Early Years learners in the T Level Education & Early Years programme, ensuring their progress and workplace placements are effectively managed.

Responsibilities

• Support learners undertaking T Levels within Early Years and Assisting Teaching pathways.
• Monitor learner progress and contribute to timely achievement and retention targets.
• Conduct workplace reviews and maintain accurate electronic records in line with awarding body and funding requirements.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum staff, employers and parents/carers to support learner success.
• Promote safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity and inclusion within all aspects of the role.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise during placement.
• Occasional evening work may be required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Level 3 in a relevant Early Years Qualification.
• Appropriate assessor qualification is desirable; an internal quality assurance qualification an advantage.
• Experience in assessment of Early Years qualifications is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
• Organised and reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide learners.
• Adaptable, solution focused, able to respond to challenges with a calm proactive approach.

The role is fixed term for up to one year to cover maternity leave.
