This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant looking to build a career in SEN education.

Working within a structured and supportive environment, you will assist learners with additional needs to access tailored educational programmes and develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide structured classroom support

• Implement behaviour support plans

• Encourage communication and social interaction

• Support vocational and practical learning sessions

Experience within SEN, care, youth work or support work is highly advantageous.
