Learning Support Assistant - Croydon

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a primary school in Croydon. The role starts ASAP.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support learning across the classroom, lead targeted interventions, and deliver phonics programmes to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning in a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge or experience of delivering phonics programmes
• Confidence leading small group interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to support pupils of varying abilities
• A proactive and adaptable approach

Pay

£14.17 - £15.50 per hour

Requirements

All candidates must have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before starting work.
