Pay: £90-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Paddington is looking to appoint committed Learning Support Assistants to join their team. The school places a strong emphasis on supporting pupils' academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development within a calm and structured learning environment.

They are especially interested in hearing from applicants with experience in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, or other roles involving supporting and guiding young people.

The role includes:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour support
• Helping to maintain a calm, consistent, and positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
• Background in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, or pastoral support (desirable)
• A calm, patient, and consistent approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and positive attitude

Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
