Learning Support Assistant

Do you enjoy helping young people succeed? Nurture Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in schools supporting students with additional learning needs.

You'll be working alongside experienced teachers to provide meaningful support to pupils who benefit from extra guidance and encouragement.

The Role

• Supporting students with special educational needs in class
• Helping pupils stay focused and engaged in lessons
• Encouraging confidence, independence and participation

Ideal Candidates

• Previous experience in education, care, youth work or similar
• Positive and patient personality
• Strong teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting SEN learners
