Learning Support Assistant - Redhill, Dorking, Epsom, Caterham, Horley areas

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to support children who require additional help to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with additional learning needs across various subjects
• Work under the guidance of the class teacher to adapt learning materials
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students stay engaged
• Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour
• Encourage student independence and confidence in learning

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
