Learning Support Assistant: 1:1 & Small-Group Support

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a dedicated Secondary School Teaching Assistant in Burgess Hill to support students aged 11-16 on a temporary full-time basis. You will assist with small group work and targeted interventions, and provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND or lower ability, helping them access a broad and balanced curriculum.

You will join a supportive SEND department and contribute to a collaborative environment, with opportunities to tailor plans to each pupil's needs.
