Learning Resource Centre Lead - Inspire Student Reading

Outwood Academy Normanby is seeking a proactive Student Support role to coordinate the Learning Resource Centre. You will oversee the LRC facilities, support literacy development, promote independent research skills, and foster a love of reading among students, staff, and the wider community.

The role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills, a commitment to inclusive education, and the ability to manage a busy resource to support teaching and learning within a school environment.
