About this team
- Enable the delivery of training, development, and onboarding programs for EMEA teams across Retail, SSC, GEC and the DC.
- This role enables delivery through the most effective & consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective & consumable means.
- The Learning Platform and Program lead oversees all platform interactions, including learning experiences, updates, and capabilities. This role especially focuses on EMEA Retail Training Programs learning experiences, Compliance, and on-the-job learning for lululemonU.
A day in the life
- Works Cross-functionally with retail employees and SSC partners to manage the delivery strategy, timeline, and implementation strategy of all retail training in EMEA through a blended learning approach, including eLearns, instructor lead training, and in-store training.
- Measure and monitor training effectiveness, socialising reporting across the business.
- Manage multiple (10+) retail training programs in a cross-functional, fast-paced retail environment.
- Manages the development of retail program learning strategies and roadmaps that outline key outcomes for the assigned audience (transitions, external leadership level roles, AD+ employees).
- Manage, implement, and sustain assigned programs, putting forth recommendations to improve effectiveness through the analysis of end-user and stakeholder feedback
- Act as project manager for new learning plans, re-designed learning plans, and cyclical program launches and manage deadlines associated with program launch
- Manages the learning journeys for all customized learning tracks for individuals and groups outside of the typical learning tracks (transitions, external leadership level roles)
- Manages Staff Meeting Content and overall strategy for EMEA Retail.
- Serve as a learning point of contact, driving awareness of assigned programs through EMEA-wide communication and delivery (e.g. 1-pagers, Zipline in NA, videos, NA-wide calls)
- Create program evaluation strategy in partnership with learning design & learning partners.
- Update and manage the EMEA learning space on youlu and consult on Learning Management System, ensuring relevancy and accuracy as required.
- Managing individual and program needs through monitoring, responding, and escalating Service Now and the EMEA L&L inbox.
- Collaborate and inform global teams on local needs and requirements in redesign of roll outs of RTP's and new programs.
Qualifications
- 3-5 year's experience in people management, project management, learning development, operations, or HR related field
- 3-5 year's Retail Experience preferred
- Advanced understanding of Program Management Systems (e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft applications)
- A passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world
- Proficiency in presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust
- Experience in project managing translation projects
- Ability to work under strict deadlines if needed on project
- Cross-functional and collaboration skills
- Strengths in organization, and influence; solutions-oriented problem-solving
