Learning Mentor - Build Futures in Secondary School

Engage Education is seeking a Learning Mentor for a secondary school in Ashford, Surrey, starting September 2026. You will provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to students who require additional academic, behavioural or emotional support.

Working closely with the pastoral and inclusion teams, you will help students engage with lessons, promote positive behaviour and support safeguarding and wellbeing across the school.
