Learning Manager & Cover Supervisor - Inspire Student Growth

Coombe House School is seeking a Cover Supervisor to supervise students across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences. In this role, you will be responsible for covering prepared lessons and contributing to the development of educational strategies to enhance student achievement.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with others. You will also lead a small coaching group, providing guidance and support to students throughout the week. Full training is provided, making this a rewarding role within a supportive academy environment.
