Salary: OGAT Grade 7, NJC 15 - 17

Full time equivalent: £30,024 to £31,022

Actual Salary: £26,690.69 to £27,577.89

Outwood Academy City is seeking to appoint a permanent Learning Manager. The successful candidate will join a busy team supporting learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.

• Use data to inform interventions and monitor student progress.
• Support teachers in setting and reviewing attainment targets.
• Analyse attainment trends and provide strategic support.
• Participate actively in the safeguarding team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive team player with a willingness to relate to students.
• Will be trained on the management information system.
• Must possess English and Maths GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above.
• Experience or training in safeguarding is desirable.
