An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Learning Enhancement Teacher to join our College community on a part time (FTE of 0.80), ongoing basis, commencing in Term 2, 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Learning Enhancement, this role is responsible for assessing learning needs and implementing evidence based intervention programs for students across the middle and senior years. You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, families and other specialists to support inclusive learning practices and improved student outcomes.

Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in Education and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Postgraduate qualifications in Special or Inclusive Education, or equivalent (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing assessment and intervention strategies for students in middle and senior years
- Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and the innovative use of ICT to enrich learning
- Well developed classroom management strategies which enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Be an active contributor to a collegial and professional work environment
- Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the College
