Learning Disability Support & Independence Coach

Marva is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to help young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in the community, delivering compassionate, person-centred support to promote independence, build confidence and improve quality of life.

Essential requirements include 12 months' experience, PMVA training, de escalation skills, driving licence with access to a vehicle, and NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care; eligibility to work in the UK.
