Hampshire CAMHS Learning Disability/Autism Team in Fareham is seeking a Learning Disability Nurse or Practitioner to join a skilled multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality assessments and interventions for children and young people with learning disabilities, and help shape the future of the service with opportunities for supervision and development.

If appointed at Band 5, a structured development plan and close support from a senior nurse to progress to Band 6 are provided.
