Our HR Strategy and Technology (HR S&T) offering consistently innovates and drives HR, Learning, and Workforce Transformation for some of the largest organisations and well-known global brands. In S&T, you will be joining a rapidly growing part of the business that partners with our clients to help them with Learning Transformation powered by AI and GenAI technologies, enabling personalized, adaptive learning experiences and intelligent workforce planning.
This could include buildingAI-enabled learning strategies, developingGenAI-driven Learning Academy offerings, or focusing on the skills agenda for an AI-augmented workforce. We are also exploring Agentic AI solutions that autonomously manage and optimise learning pathways, freeing up human capacity for higher-value work.
As a Director, you will play a key role in leading, growing, and shaping our rapidly expanding HR S&T practice. You will take a lead role in shaping the strategic development of the team, fostering a sense of community, as we continue building the business in the market.
You will also have the commercial experience necessary to build significant new business opportunities for the Firm-focused on the development of senior client relationships across all industries. In doing so, you will bring expertise in AI-enabled Learning to develop thought leadership and eminence in the marketplace that gives you the platform to support the Firm's growth ambitions over the long term.

This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). - Shape and implement AI-powered Learning Strategies within large-scale complex organisations or government departments.
- Bring a range of world-class Skills and Learning consulting capabilities, including AI and GenAI applications, to the practice and market.
- Lead the delivery of complex and high-profile workforce and Learning transformation programmes, incorporating AI solutions for automation and optimisation.
- Be present in the market, bringing a distinctive voice and differentiated points of view on AI-driven HR and Learning trends.
- Cultivate client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders on a range of workforce and HR activities, including AI adoption strategies.
- Work closely with the existing leadership teams to provide leadership, direction and management of the practice
- Use your long-standing, trust-based relationships with senior clients to build opportunity and eminence in the market
- Manage project delivery, risks and financials
- Lead business development and bid activities
- Play a lead role in the HR S&T community and act as being the point of contact for relevant client accounts
- Full understanding of the strategic and operational drivers of the Learning function and the value it brings to any organisation
- Awareness of GenAI, and Agentic AI trends in Learning and HR, with a passion to explore further and bring new thinking into everyday practice.
- Experience managing change or transformation within Learning or business environments, ideally leveraging AI technologies.
- Possess excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills and have a natural ability to influence others
- Have an ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and manage complex and diverse client scenarios, focusing on high quality and delivery through others even in high pressured, time critical situations
- Be acutely aware of risk management and managing risks associated with people, process, systems, change and commercials
