Learning Designer: Blended Learning Lead, Autonomy

Argos is hiring a Learning Designer to own the learning design agenda in a lean, agile team and deliver blended learning solutions using Articulate Rise, Elucidat, Evolve and Storyline. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful learning across the business.

You'll design inclusive content, manage multiple projects end to end, and apply human centred design methods to drive performance support and continuous learning across the organisation.
