Learning Data & Insights Lead - Drive Impact with Dashboards

British Airways is seeking a Learning Data & Insights Lead (FTC - 14 Months) to shape the academy's analytics capabilities. You will lead data provision across the learning portfolio, design dashboards and KPIs, and translate complex data into actionable business actions for stakeholders.

You will partner with Learning, Systems, IT, Digital and business teams, drive data governance, and promote automated, self service analytics to improve learning outcomes and strategic decisions.
