Learning Assistant - Secondary School

A mainstream secondary school in the EN1 area of Enfield is seeking a full-time Learning Assistant to work with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.

Position Details

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:00pm
• Support pupils in and outside the classroom to access the curriculum, regulate behaviour, and develop social skills
• Collaborate with SENCO, class teachers, and pastoral team to ensure pupils feel safe, supported, and understood

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in behaviour support or youth work
• Confident, calm under pressure, and passionate about inclusion in education
