This is an open competition
The Learning and Organisational Development Manager will lead the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of WWETB's Learning and Development, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Professional Learning and Development (PLD) framework. The role will support organisational performance, workforce capability and strategic priorities through the development of a culture of continuous learning, leadership development and professional growth across the organisation.
The postholder will work collaboratively with senior leaders, managers and external stakeholders to identify emerging capability requirements, inform workforce development priorities and ensure that learning and development initiatives deliver measurable organisational impact.
