Job Description
The Role

In this role, you will work with teams of all sizes - from small groups to large scale events - to help bring our new values and behaviours to life in everyday work. You'll be instrumental in supporting teams to understand, embrace, and embed these behaviours in their day to day practices.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to embed new values and behaviours in their specific areas.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions and workshops, including large scale events, to engage employees.
  • Support teams with practical tools and approaches to live the values authentically.
  • Act as a positive catalyst for cultural change and engagement at all levels.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in organisational development.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and engaging groups of various sizes.
  • Passion for organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
What We'll Need You to Bring
  • Educated to degree level, preferably with a postgraduate qualification.
  • Professional qualifications appropriate to the post - e.g. CIPD, psychometric tools, coaching certificate or diploma.
  • Significant, demonstrable experience of assessing requirements, designing, delivering, evaluating and maintaining a range of generic learning programmes (induction, communication skills, interpersonal skills, management development, customer care).
  • Ability to design and facilitate development events for teams.
  • Good influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Experience coaching individuals and/or teams.
  • Experience facilitating/supporting team development.
  • Experience with e learning.
  • Understanding of working in a large, multi site organisation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience with learning processes and group learning techniques.
  • Computer skills - high standard user of Microsoft software.
  • Customer focus and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, balancing priorities and meeting set timescales.
  • Car Driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence.
  • Ability to travel between sites in Lanarkshire.

Contract Type

Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 Months.

Full time - 37 hours.

This is a fixed term post for 12 Months. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee must already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Learning & Organisational Development within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters.

Working pattern will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
