Learning & Development Partner: Shape Training & Compliance

Tai Tarian Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner on a permanent, full-time basis to coordinate and deliver learning activities and ensure training compliance across the organisation.

Reporting to the Organisation Development & Learning Manager, this role will identify L&D needs, design interventions and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to drive continuous improvement and consistent service outcomes.
