Learning & Development Manager

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the organisation's annual Learning & Development Strategy
• Drive the annual Training Needs Analysis process with people managers and leadership teams
• Design, deliver, and enhance internal development programmes supporting employee growth, leadership capability, and career progression
• Oversee the annual Learning & Development budget
• Manage the internal Learning Management System and structured e-learning offer
• Oversee the full employee onboarding experience
• Design and manage learning initiatives strengthening employee capability, performance, and professional development
• Lead the annual performance management cycle, including employee training, mid-year reviews, and year-end performance processes
• Support Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
• Manage and support the Learning & Development Coordinator
• Collaborate with the HR team on cross-functional projects and people initiatives

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in Learning and Development, HR Management or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing team members
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and roll out initiatives in a timely manner
• Ability to work on own initiative with sound decision-making ability
• Excellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
