Learning & Development Manager

This role will be based from our Dublin office.

• This role focuses on building structured development pathways, identifying key skills gaps, and designing and implementing impactful training programmes that support both individual growth and wider business objectives.
• The successful candidate will play a central role in aligning learning initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring our people are equipped with the skills needed to succeed now and in the future.
• Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Learning & Development Manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative and engaging learning solutions, from workshops and coaching to digital learning experiences.
• They will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes, using insights and data to refine approaches and maximise impact.
