We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead Manor Farm's L&D strategy and support capability, performance, and growth across all departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive L&D professional who is passionate about developing people and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and deliver Manor Farm's annual Learning & Development strategy.
  • Work with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and future capability needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes (in-person and online).
  • Oversee the full training cycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
  • Maintain structured learning pathways for new starters, managers, and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal training requirements.
  • Monitor training completion rates and produce accurate L&D reporting.
  • Deliver leadership and management development programmes.
  • Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and introduce continuous improvements.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role.
  • Strong background in training design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Experience with LMS systems and training record management.
  • Ability to analyse training needs and translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capability.
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
