We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead Manor Farm's L&D strategy and support capability, performance, and growth across all departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive L&D professional who is passionate about developing people and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do- Develop and deliver Manor Farm's annual Learning & Development strategy.
- Work with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and future capability needs.
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes (in-person and online).
- Oversee the full training cycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
- Maintain structured learning pathways for new starters, managers, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal training requirements.
- Monitor training completion rates and produce accurate L&D reporting.
- Deliver leadership and management development programmes.
- Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and introduce continuous improvements.
- Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role.
- Strong background in training design, delivery and evaluation.
- Experience with LMS systems and training record management.
- Ability to analyse training needs and translate insights into strategic action.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capability.
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
