Learning & Development Lead - Care Home Training

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan, and deliver training across our North West care homes and homecare branches. You will coordinate development of programmes, including mandatory courses, with travel to sites as required.

The role requires a Level 3 Education and Training certificate, solid experience delivering care-related training, and strong communication.
