Learner Progress & Employability Mentor

Derby City Council is seeking a dedicated Learner Progress Mentor for Derby Adult Learning Centres. The role involves 1:1 mentoring to build confidence, study skills and work readiness, plus small-group support on employability and engagement.

You will work with employers to prepare learners for jobs, provide guidance and signposting, and promote volunteering and social enterprise to support progression.
