Learner Experience Officer - Flexible Hours & Front-of-House

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Learner Experience Officer to provide vital administrative and front-of-house support across all WAES sites in London. You will open and close centres, undertake admissions, and ensure excellent customer service is maintained throughout.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a customer-facing role within adult education, possess strong communication and IT skills, and be passionate about supporting learners. The position offers flexible working patterns and a supportive work environment.
