Job Description
Learner Experience Administrator

Full time role of 37.5 hours per week located in Moreton in Marsh, United Kingdom.

What you'll be doing
  • Support learners through the full end to end journey, including enrolment, registration, induction, and post course guidance to ensure timely completion and certification.
  • Register learners with awarding bodies, verify required pre course work, and communicate all essential course information, including logistics and SEND adjustments.
  • Act as the main point of contact on site-welcoming learners, answering queries, and coordinating with Sales, Training Delivery, and Academic Services.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, including interactions, progress, safeguarding concerns, and service history.
  • Provide ongoing support for submission and portfolio completion after the course, ensuring learners remain on track.
  • Promote a positive, professional experience by supporting continuous improvement activities and collaborating across internal teams.
What we're looking for
  • IT competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or in a customer facing role.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience of working in a learning/training environment (desirable).
