Lean Transformation Leader - Aerospace Site

GE Aerospace Wales seeks a Site Lean Leader to drive the FLIGHT DECK operating model at the Wales Engine Overhaul site. You will lead lean deployment, transform processes, and mentor teams to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.

You will implement standard work and visual management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and raise productivity. A strong focus on Kaizen events and HK will be essential.
