Lean Transformation Lead - CI & Data Insights

Amey is seeking a Permanent Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead to drive data-led improvement across Defence Complex Facilities contracts, based around Catterick and York. The role requires travel and proven Lean/Six Sigma project management experience to deliver cost saving and performance enhancements.

You will coach front-line teams, collaborate with supply chains and RAMS, and promote a CI culture across operations.
