Lean Production Lead & Coach

Sanmina-SCI Systems de México is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the operations shift team on site in Fermoy, Ireland. The role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on advising the team, scheduling shifts, and maintaining high-tech equipment to ensure quality and timely customer delivery.

You will drive lean initiatives, coordinate safety and quality, and develop staff through coaching and training.
