Are you ready to optimize processes and help teams achieve their best results? As a Lean Management Coach, you support employees in reducing waste, making processes more efficient, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With your expertise and passion, you make a difference - for people, processes, and management. You assist in the further development of the lean culture in the areas and support the lean manager in the introduction and application of lean tools. You accompany lean projects in close collaboration with various departments and activities between different production departments. You conduct structured analysis and derive measures to increase efficiency and productivity, create training materials, and conduct employee training.
