Our global market leading client in the financial services sector is looking for architecture/consultative advisory help on adopting LeanIX.

Description

To support, are very much at the start - about to get the product installed stage, requiring help with fundamentals of the core setup, ensuring adoption within the organisation and supporting the internal lead with progress reports, tackling issues and getting agreement.

An understanding of enterprise architecture is essential, and knowledge how to extract value from using LeanIX in the right way.

Detailed technical aspects of the system configuration are not that important, more about how best to use LeanIX.

Expectation is 2-3 days a week in London Office for approx. 5 or 6 months. 8 hours/day.

Manage a backlog of use cases for the EA Tool across divisions and for enterprise-wide future feature enhancements, where known from workshops and stakeholders.

• Develop proposed operating model, including reporting and meeting cadences, with input and approval.
• Create a recommended deployment plan for adoption of EA Tool across divisions.
• Support MS in socializing EA Tool objectives, status, and success stories/metrics through monthly (total of 5) governance forum presentation preparations.
• Review the already defined Architecture role activities and identify areas where the EA Tool may impact the role activities, to identify areas of potential future training.
