Who are we Integrated Maintenance, repair and development services (IMRDS) is the team that maintains our water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service our customers. What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and Managing Teams: Oversee and support operational teams, including Senior Leakage Technicians and Leakage Field Technicians, ensuring high performance, efficient leak detection, and adherence to company procedures. Leakage Detection and Performance Management: Drive local area leakage targeting, detection, and repair progression, ensuring effective use of resources, methodologies, and systems to maximize efficiency and reduce emissions. Training and Development: Ensure all team members are trained, supported, and competent in their roles, facilitating continuous development through regular training, assessments, and development programs. Operational Budget Management: Support the Leakage Delivery Manager in managing budgets, focusing on TOTEX efficiencies, performance management, equipment maintenance, and fleet management. Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the customer experience while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success. What You Need (Requirements): Extensive Leakage and Water Network Experience: Proven expertise in leakage detection and water loss management, with a strong understanding of water services and treated water distribution. Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing operational teams, driving performance, and developing high-performing teams. Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate strategies effectively, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across various teams and external groups. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven capability to assess risks, make informed decisions in dynamic situations, and solve complex issues. Strategic and Tactical Thinking: Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating technical knowledge into actionable insights, and driving operational performance in line with company objectives.
