Leads Development Manager - Europe (f/m/d)

As the Leads Development Manager, you will be responsible for the identification of the new leads and the development of new market opportunities and potential customers in our European market.


Aufgaben
  • Implement leads development to fulfill Go-to-Market plan from Global application strategy
  • Perform strategic analysis on regional opportunities to serve Europe regional development KPI
  • Manage Europe leads generation portfolio from both Global Go-to-Market strategy and regional perspective
  • Perform customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identify curent and future needs, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with management on goals, planning and forecasting
  • Organize technology roadshows and actively participate and present at customers, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

Profil
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or equivalent, MBA is an advantage
  • 5-8 years' work experience in a Marketing, Market Research, Business Development or Product Management function in the Semiconductor or electronics industry
  • Strong knowledge of the electronics industry including electronic systems, PCB, substrates, or components with strong business acumen
  • Strategic thinker, analytical mind-set with excellent marketing and presentation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, accountable, open-minded and intercultural awareness
  • Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
