Lead Youth Worker: Create, Connect & Support Teens

Young People Count in Pocklington is seeking a Senior / Lead Youth Worker to help steer the day-to-day running of the space and keep things safe, lively, and youth led.

The role is 25 hours per week with core hours 4pm-8pm, and you'll work with a small, supportive team to listen, join in, and help hold the room when busy. This is a hands-on, relational youth-work position in the heart of the community.
