Job Description

Stoke City Football Club is seeking a Lead Youth Development Phase Coach for our Category One Academy at Clayton Wood Training Ground. You will oversee the U13 to U16 teams, lead the U16 coaching, and provide players with a programme to progress through the Youth Development Phase.

The role requires guidance on player development, alignment with club philosophy, and evenings/weekends coverage for match days and events. The position is full time with training provided.
