Lead Workday Core HCM Architect

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and evolution of Workday HCM within a global platform. You'll drive Core HCM configurations, security, reporting, and business process optimization for a scalable, policy-aligned system.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, end-to-end processes, and sustainable configuration patterns across the platform.
