Job Description

Oxford Brookes University is seeking an experienced Lead Women's Rowing Coach to lead the women's high performance programme within the SAW framework, supporting around 60 student athletes across BUCS and major regattas.

You will deliver tailored, periodised training, oversee performance analysis with Peach telemetry, video and ergo data, and collaborate with sports science and academic colleagues to maximise performance while promoting wellbeing and academic balance.
