Lead Warehouse Chargehand & KPI Champion

Farmfoods Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Chargehand for our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role focuses on planning staffing, meeting KPI targets, and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.07, 30 days annual leave, regular breaks, full training, a staff discount, a smart uniform, PPE provided, life assurance and a workplace pension. Induction starts in August.
