• Leading, mentoring, and developing the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care

• £80,000+ per year (depending on experience and leadership capability)
• Equity within the business

• Are an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 10 years' experience in general practice
• Have experience mentoring or leading others (or are ready to step into a leadership role)
