My client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to advance into a Lead Vet role at a well-equipped small animal practice just minutes from Central London, surrounded by green spaces and excellent amenities.

This is an opportunity to shape clinical standards, mentor a supportive team, and drive positive change-while delivering high-quality care to patients and clients.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the clinical team and influence the practice's direction
• Deliver excellent consultations, surgeries, and tailored treatment plans
• Mentor, support, and develop colleagues
• Promote nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures to enhance team performance
• Maintain high standards in clinical, operational, and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For:

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a veterinary team
• Comfortable driving best practices and supporting team development
• A positive, collaborative approach to patient and client care
