Lead Veterinary Cytopathology & Diagnostics

Zoetis Exeter seeks an experienced Cytopathology Manager to lead our veterinary diagnostic pathology team. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee quality and client experience, and drive strategic development across the lab and associated services.

You are expected to mentor residents, lead recruitment, and collaborate with the Laboratory Director and executive team to advance VPG Zoetis pathology capabilities, sustain excellence, and foster growth across UK and international markets.
